Description:

As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you will play a key role in keeping critical business systems running smoothly. Think of yourself as a problem-solver and system detective—someone who identifies issues, investigates root causes, and ensures applications and infrastructure perform reliably.

In this role, your day-to-day work will include monitoring system health, troubleshooting application and storage-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing long-term fixes. You’ll also contribute to improving support processes and mentoring junior team members. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and want to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.

What you’ll work on daily:

• Analyzing and resolving application and storage-related incidents
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability
• Participating actively in team discussions and solution design
• Implementing best practices for system support and maintenance
• Supporting data protection, backup, and recovery operations
• Guiding junior team members with technical troubleshooting

Key Technical Skills:

NetApp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, Storage Management, Performance Tuning, Backup and Recovery Solutions, Data Protection Strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in NetApp SAN Administration
• Strong understanding of storage infrastructure and enterprise environments
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of support activities
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute in team discussions
• Basic exposure to AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform) is a plus
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
